As demand continues to grow, we are seeking an agile, ambitious, and career-driven professional to assist our Chief Operations Officer and grow into a leadership role in operations and wholesale management.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented operations professional to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company with strong growth potential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to grow with the business, contribute to meaningful change, and potentially take the lead on core operations functions.
Responsibilities
• Manage import/export logistics and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, etc.)
• Oversee inventory tracking, purchasing, and warehouse coordination
• Support wholesale fulfillment and shipping logistics
• Assist with food manufacturing compliance and operational documentation
• Help implement and manage ERP systems
• Support automation improvements in manufacturing and packaging (preferred)
• Collaborate with the team to optimize performance on Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and TikTok Shop
• Monitor operational budgets and vendor performance
• Prepare and deliver operations reports to leadership
Qualifications
• 3–7 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain (food manufacturing a plus)
• Familiarity with food industry regulations and compliance
• ERP system experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, or TikTok Shop is a strong plus
• Experience with manufacturing automation and/or warehouse management preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative
