We are currently working on a very exciting opportunity with a very reputable city law firm who are seeking an experienced financial services regulatory paralegal to join their financial services regulatory team! This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to exciting work within this successful team.
The role:
• Assisting on a wide range of financial services regulatory matters
• Supporting on regulatory compliance projects and licensing
• Drafting, maintaining and reviewing internal polities and procedures
• Carrying out legal research on financial services regulatory framework
• Liaising with clients, regulators and internal stakeholders
The ideal candidate:
• A strong academic background
• 𝟭 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 + 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹
• Familiarity with financial regulatory framework
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and both written and oral communication skills
