Paralegal – Leading Global Hedge Fund

We are partnering with a top-tier, multi-strategy investment firm, one of the most successful and profitable hedge funds in the world, to hire a Paralegal for their London legal team. It’s a one-year contract with a strong likelihood of extension, offering the chance to gain exposure in a world-class, intellectually rigorous environment.

This role will involve working closely with senior lawyers, and you’ll be taking on the commercial contracts workload, reviewing a range of agreements, handling NDAs, and supporting on KYC-related questions. There will be structured training, constant interaction with experienced counsel, and real responsibility from day one. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, the work is stimulating, and the exposure is rare.

The firm is looking for someone with at least one year of paralegal experience and strong exposure to commercial contracts work. They want someone who enjoys being fully embedded in a legal team, is comfortable working in a driven environment, and brings maturity, pace and sound judgement.
