Kennedys is growing its Motor Injury team and is seeking dedicated fee earners to handle a range of motor injury matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment, managing a diverse and engaging caseload while supporting leading motor insurers.
Team
Kennedys' Motor team handles pre- and post-litigation work, progressing cases from small claims through to fast-track disputes. The team acts for a range of high-profile motor insurers, offering valuable hands-on experience in litigation strategy, negotiation, and case management.
With a national presence across our UK offices, the team has a strong track record in successful claims. Notably, Kennedys recently secured a landmark outcome in a multi-claimant motor injury case, reinforcing our reputation for delivering innovative legal solutions.
Clients
• Top UK insurers
• Claims handling companies
• Self-insured businesses
• Required experience
• 0-2 years' experience in a relevant legal role (applications from all experience levels are welcome)
• Litigation experience in claimant motor or motor recovery work
• Strong client-facing and case management skills
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• Proven negotiation experience
