Payroll Manager, Dronfield - Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll function for a busy organisation in Dronfield. You’ll manage the monthly payroll for approximately 400 employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments while maintaining compliance with all statutory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
• Full ownership of the monthly payroll process
• Implementing processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the payroll function
• Managing starters, leavers, and employee changes
• Processing and reviewing timesheets
• Handling payroll queries from employees and management
• Liaising with HR and management across the business to ensure alignment
• Liaising with HMRC and ensuring all reporting is completed on time
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and reporting as required
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll
• Strong knowledge of HMRC reporting and compliance
• Confident in handling payroll queries and problem-solving
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
