Support all procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for products and services as required.Process purchase orders and manage inventories, ensuring timely replenishment of essential supplies and materials.Coordinate with vendors and service providers, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring all goods and services meet quality standards.Assist with maintaining records of purchases, receipts, and budget trackingHandle administrative duties, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.Support in the booking and coordination of maintenance and repair services, ensuring timely completion and follow-up Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative rolesStrong written and verbal communication skills, with clear and courteous interaction with suppliers and household members.Meticulous attention to detail with a methodical approach to record-keeping and problem-solving.Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with electronic budgeting systems and file management
