Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and selecting the best options for the organization's needs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions, and manage contract renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering trust and collaboration, and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies and adhering to relevant regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize storage, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency within the procurement process.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in the Procurement function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Material Management.
