• *Required Qualifications**:
- A minimum of **Four (4) years of UAE experience** in the relevant field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with **Fluency in English** (Arabic Speaking, is a plus)
- Strong **organizational** and **time management** skills.
- Ability to **read technical drawings** (for technical roles like Electricians, Plumbers, etc.).
- Proven ability to **handle multiple tasks** and **prioritize effectively.**
- Exceptional **attention to detail** and **commitment to quality work.**
- Ability to **work independently** and **collaboratively**as part of a team.
- High level of **professionalism** and **integrity.**
