Be the organiser behind extraordinary live events.

We're growing, and our Live Events Project Management team needs an exceptional administrator to be the organisational glue that keeps projects, people and priorities moving. You'll support the COO and a team of Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, reporting and daytoday operations - all in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment that delivers to some of the biggest and most exciting events around the world.

What You'll Do

Own the PM team's allocation schedule and keep project documentation, dashboards and schedules updated.

Assist the COO with resource planning, capacity tracking and project assignments; coordinate team holidays and overtime.

Support procurement (POs, travel, equipment), reconcile company credit card spend, and help centralise and evolve PM documentation.

Coordinate meetings, agendas and actions; draft communications; track priorities and deadlines.

Support Insurance and Health & Safety admin, logging documentation and liaising across the business.

Collaborate with Technical, Outdoor, Sales, HR, Finance and Logistics teams; assist with onboarding new staff.

What You'll Bring

Experience in events administration, project coordination or highlevel admin.

Excellent organisation, diary management and accuracy under pressure.

Strong communication skills and professionalism handling confidential information.

High proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Teams and scheduling tools.

Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools to improve administrative processes.
