Freelance Estate Agent (Part-Time, Uncapped Commission)

JAFS Estate Agents are expanding and are looking for two motivated freelance estate agents to join our growing team — one based in Cardiff and one in Newport.

This is a part-time, self-employed opportunity with uncapped commission, ideal for individuals with strong local knowledge who want flexibility and high earning potential. This role can coincide with your normal job, making it perfect for those looking to earn additional income with bags of potential. No previous sales or estate agency experience is required, although it would be an advantage.

The Role:

Generating and managing property listings in your local area

Conducting property valuations and viewings

Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

Negotiating offers and progressing sales

Building and maintaining strong local relationships

Managing your own diary with full flexibility

What We’re Looking For:

Good knowledge of the Cardiff or Newport area

Strong communication and people skills

Self-motivated and reliable

Professional and customer-focused attitude

Sales or estate agency experience not required, but preferable
