Role Description:
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and design development through to completion and handover.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery across all project stages.
• Monitor programme schedules, budgets, and risk registers to safeguard project performance and financial outcomes.
• Provide strategic input on procurement, design efficiency, and value engineering opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Foster clear, consistent communication between clients, professional teams, and site management.
• Prepare detailed project reports, presentations, and progress updates for internal and external review.
• Represent the firm with professionalism and discretion in all client and partner interactions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing high-end residential real estate projects within the UK market.
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and project delivery frameworks.
• Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and client-facing communication.
• Competent in project management software and reporting tools.
• Degree qualified in project management, real estate, construction, or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach aligned with the firm’s high standards of excellence and integrity.
