The Receptionist in our Corporate Services department is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative duties that ensure the smooth operation of our office. As a Receptionist, you will manage front-desk activities, including receiving and distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and providing general administrative support. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills. An ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will play a significant part in enhancing the company's first impression for all guests and partners. Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office location efficiently.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries efficiently.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling meetings.
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock consistently.
• Update calendars and schedule meetings for various departments when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal staff on office-related needs and activities.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment machines.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus.

Requirements:
