Role: Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £26k+ (OTE £50k+ commission)

Currently, My Recruitment Career are hiring on behalf of an Executive Search client operating in the US market, they deliver senior-level and leadership recruitment solutions for organisations seeking top-tier talent, from California to New York!

Duties:
• Build relationships with clients to identify hiring needs, leadership profiles, and strategic growth plans.
• Proactively Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior level and C-suite candidates.
• Prescreen and interview candidates to ensure they are in line with clients requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlists, interviews, and deal closing
• Advise on compensation, negotiate offers, and support successful placement and onboarding
• Maintain strict confidentiality when guiding executives throughout the process.
