Role: Recruitment Consultant - Executive Search
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £26k+ (OTE £50k+ commission)

With a strong focus on quality, integrity, and long-term vision, we support clients and candidates throughout every stage of the hiring journey. Currently, My Recruitment Career are hiring on behalf of an Executive Search client operating in the US market, they deliver senior-level and leadership recruitment solutions for organisations seeking top-tier talent, from California to New York!
Duties:
• Build relationships with clients to identify hiring needs, leadership profiles, and strategic growth plans.
• Proactively Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior level and C-suite candidates.
• Prescreen and interview candidates to ensure they are in line with clients requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlists, interviews, and deal closing
• Advise on compensation, negotiate offers, and support successful placement and onboarding
• Maintain strict confidentiality when guiding executives throughout the process.
