If you’re already working in sales, customer success, account management or a client-facing commercial role and enjoy building relationships, managing stakeholders and working towards targets — recruitment could be a natural next step.

This role is best suited to individuals currently working in:
• Sales or business development
• Customer success or account management
• Client-facing commercial or consultative roles
You don’t need recruitment experience — but you must:
• Be commercially minded
• Enjoy targets and performance metrics
• Be resilient and motivated by results
• Want a long-term career, not a short-term move

• Competitive base salary (£28–35k depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission
• Structured training and mentoring
• Clear progression to Consultant and Senior Consultant
