Our client is a world-class provider of Electronic Financial Transaction (EFT) solutions. We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of its Retail Banking Outsourcing portfolio across the GCC.
This is a senior, outward-facing role for a proven commercial leader who understands the complexities of banking, payments, and multi-country sales execution in regulated markets.
What Sales Manager Will Lead
Drive strategic business development for the client s full EFT outsourcing suite across banks and financial institutions.
Position high-value services including ATM network outsourcing, merchant acquiring, card issuing/processing, gateways, payments software, and money-transfer solutions.
Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market footprint across the GCC.
Build and maintain trusted C-level relationships and secure long-term, profitable partnerships.
Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, RFP responses, and deal execution in collaboration with Sales Support, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams.
Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics to strengthen positioning and identify new revenue streams.
Recruit, lead, and coach regional sales teams, fostering a high-performance, accountable culture.
Work closely with delivery and operations teams to ensure solutions exceed client expectations.
What Sales Manager will Bring
10+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking, payments, or fintech, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC (KSA experience preferred).
Proven success delivering growth within highly regulated banking or payments environments.
Strong regional network across banks, processors, payment operators, and value-added services providers with established C-level access.
Demonstrated ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end.
Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and execution-focused leadership style.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor s degree required; advanced commercial training is a plus.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Willingness to travel across the GCC.
