Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Oversight: Supervise daily operations of multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and compliance.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage outlet managers and staff. Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth across all outlets.Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and culinary teams to design and update menus based on trends and customer feedback.Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations.Reporting & Analysis: Generate performance reports, analyze KPIs, and implement strategic improvements.Marketing & Promotions: Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions and events.Skills & QualificationsProven experience in multi-unit F&B managementStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen and budgeting expertiseKnowledge of food safety and regulatory standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to travel between locations as needed With proven experience as Multi Unit Restaurant Manager for at least 3 years experience in a stand alone restaurant Managing an Indian Concept Restaurant is a plusExperience in luxury hotels - F&B Operations is a plusAvailability to join immediately is preferred but not a requirementLocally available in UAE is requiredDriving license in UAE is required.
