Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the processing and tracking of sales and marketing programs for rebates, free goods, special promotions, etc. for veterinary, corporate, and national accounts, and retail. Act as a subject matter expert for program implementation.
• Evaluate distributor returns to confirm eligibility and coordinate distributor credits.
• Manage margin and pricing reimbursements.
• Review distributor communications for trade offers, pricing changes, letters, and detailers.
• Lead annual pricing change process for veterinary and livestock sales; determine pricing at appropriate levels based on MAP price and margins.
• Consistently execute ARF (Approval Routing Form) workflow processing and manage training documentation.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing, accounting, finance, and executive leadership.
• Manage work of the sales operations support coordinators. Set goals, monitor performance, evaluate work, and communicate appropriately.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a sales operations role with a track record of delivering operational excellence. Animal health industry is preferred.
• Well organized with demonstrated success in managing multiple cross-functional projects.
• Past experience with margin and pricing reimbursements.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
