We are currently looking for a Secretary / Receptionist with 2-3 years UAE Experience.Qualities & SkillsHave a good knowledge and experiences in Construction EngineeringSelf-motivated and able to take responsibilityFlexible attitude and works well under pressure and meet deadlines efficientlyAbility to multitaskAttention to detailAdministration skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of all documentation in an organized manner.Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department.Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.Receive, log, and track incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Preparation of Tender Documents, Contract and Proposals.Handling of the reception area, attend to incoming and outgoing calls.Prepare Prequalification Submittal.RequirementsShould have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a Construction IndustryBachelor's Degree/ DiplomaProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Must be able to join immediately
