Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs (succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation) in a fair and consistent manner.Directing and carrying out the organization's human resource strategy in support of its overall business plan and strategic goals. Offer advice to supervisors and staff members on problem-solving, conflict resolution, legal compliance, and litigation avoidance. Oversee the performance management system's correct implementation and offer the necessary facilitation and support for that endeavour. Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities. Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Attend to employees’ inquiries on compensation & benefits. Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organizational transition activities. Ensure HR plans align with organization’s mission and business objectives • Preparing and running monthly payroll. Working closely with GHRM in Preparing and managing HR budget. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Report to GHRM by analysing data and using HR metrics Act as a business partner/coach to senior managers and build positive relationships to ensure consistency of approach and to develop an understanding of the importance of good HR practice / leadership. Works closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. Promotes ethical and cultural awareness to the workforce Ensure our hiring, onboarding and management procedures are effective Improving employer branding. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or another related disciplineA Master’s degree is a plus. a related field or CIPD or SHRM10+ years of experience in Human resources, minimum 5 years’ experience in a Lead / managerial position in UAE.Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
