Project Coordinator Role
• A key liaison between project teams, clients, and operations.
• Ensure the quality and precision of every project outcome.
• Provide seamless administrative support and office backup for account managers.
• Manage sales orders, raise quotes, and offer accurate project administration.
• Maintain communication with internal teams to keep clients informed.
• Efficiently resolve technical and product queries.
Main Responsibilities:
• Deliver detailed product and technical guidance.
• Schedule activities accurately and update customer data in CRM systems.
• Handle minor schedule revisions at final project stages.
Necessary Skills:
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong planning, resource management, and project scheduling skills.
• Experience working with architects, designers, contractors, or site managers.
• Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and solid MS Office skills.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
