The Service Advisor/Writer will deliver exceptional customer‑focused service by acting as a liaison between clients and the service department. Daily tasks include assisting customers with service requirements, communicating repair needs, maintaining accurate service records, and ensuring a seamless experience from vehicle drop‑off to pick‑up. The role will also involve addressing after‑sales inquiries and contributing to customer satisfaction goals. The role involves parts ordering as requested by technicians to complete jobs.
