• Process returns or exchanges in compliance with store policies effectively.
• Keep updated with promotions, sales, and other store initiatives actively.
• Assist customers in bagging and carrying items as needed courteously.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Proven experience in a retail environment or similar customer service role.

• Capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
