Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare the material requisition in ERP after materials/services details are confirmed with engineer! frontline supervisors in approved by project manager / or project in charge.
- Ensure with central store the availability of required material before preparing the Material requisition.
- Maintain the internal material request for material transfer in site, to site.
- Follow-up with procurement for timely issuing the LPO / Sub contractor work order.
- Follow-up of material supply with supplier in order to avoid delays in site progress. Ensure that the authorized person (QAJQC or engineer) has checked the quality of permanent materials wherever inspection is required as per contract.
- Prepare the GRN (Goods Received Note) on ERP after receiving the materials along with necessary documents after inspection carry out.
- Prepare MIV on daily basis in ERP with proper manual Store issue voucher duly signed by material receiver and approved by project in charge.
- Ensure FIFO (First in First Out) policy is applied in the store.
- Ensure chemicals are properly shelved with necessary information of its expiry dates, MSDS and proper handling to avoid damage and environmental issues.

- ordinate with Central store and ensure transfer IN and OUT has taken place.
- Any discrepancy against supplied items, immediately inform the supplier and correct the qty prior to initial on the Delivery note.
- Maintain a tidy clean and proper housekeeping in and outside store.
- Ensure materials are properly stored especially at the open area to prevent damage and deterioration of materials.
