**Responsibilities**
- Optimizing restaurant operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Set goals for good sales results with current and new customers.
- Collaborate with Chef to develop menus, determining portion sizes, ingredients, pricing, and menu items to ensure profitability.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service quality.
- Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
- Supervises and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentations, services, and low food wastage.
- Hire, train, and work within the team to help create a motivated and effective working environment.
- Maintains proper and adequate controls over purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems ensuring a great customer service at all levels.
- Prepare employees timekeeping and personnel records.
- Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure, and healthy as per UAE law.
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with food and service quality.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment's ensuring they are proper working condition.
- Plan and execute events and catering operations.
- Create SOPs for operations standards.
- Keep the menu up to date with menu engineer.
- Collaborating with the others department such and marketing and finance to achieve overall business objectives.
• *REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field.
- Deep knowledge of the food industry, catering, and events market.
- Experience with food quality control.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, proven record of achieving targets.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Proactive and passionate for startups and the food industry
- Great organizational skills
- Great leadership abilities
- Ability to create reports to give to ownership.
- Hard-working, self-motivated to grow.
- Ability to execute quickly.
- UAE’s driving license.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
