Waitress Cum Cashier

Our group of companies is looking for a Waitress to join our team at one of our upscale Greek Bakery cafés in Fujairah (Sakamkam). We are looking for someone dedicated, customer-focused, and warm — with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience. • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and offer recommendations when needed. • Follow service steps and all company SOPs.• Serve food and beverages according to company standards. • Upsell and promote special menu items to enhance sales. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including waiter stations, packaging materials, and storage areas. • Handle customer feedback or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner. • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction. • Process payments accurately and issue receipts. • Clean and reset tables promptly after guests leave. • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines. • Maintain company grooming and presentation standards. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry in the UAE.
• Experience in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment preferred.
